I’m Omar and I’m an award winning composer, orchestrator, performer, and teaching artist based in New York City. I love telling stories, whether it’s by scoring music for film, TV, or games, composing for musical theater, or by performing. I believe the stories we tell, and how we tell them, can be transformative. I’m deeply passionate about being a part of that transformation, through the writing/composing process, performing, or through guiding others on their artistic journeys!
